About the Role
We're looking for a talented and self motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join the Continu sales team full time in San Francisco.
Our product is used by some of the worlds leading brands and you'll be responsible for helping us grow and expand our reach to new territories and industries.
This role will entail prospecting net new accounts through email outreach and cold calling. You will also have the ability to actively contribute to our sales outreach processes.
You'll join our small but nimble sales team and have the opportunity to grow your skills and experience in a fast paced environment.
- 2+ years of applicable SDR/BDR experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- No fear of the phone, email, or LinkedIn prospecting
- Proactive and self driven, highly competitive
- Results and target driven
- Humble yet competitive
- Bachelors Degree
Bonus points if you have:
- Worked in the HR Technology industry
- Worked in a SaaS sales environment
- Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, ZenProspect and Try Prospect
